The Find It Here map with church boundaries is below. If you click HERE the map will open in Google Maps where you can click on links for different churches – and print maps in any detail you desire. You can zoom in or out, use a regular map or a satellite map.
On the Google page you will see links to the LEFT and can choose between clicking on a church’s LOCATION (the crosses at the top left) or a church’s FIND IT HERE BOUNDARY (the lines at the bottom left). NOTE: The red crosses represent church LOCATIONS, the colored boundaries represent a church’s FIND IT HERE BOUNDARY.
The light blue menu in the upper RIGHT just above the map has options for printing and sending links to the map. You easily distribute the maps by sending team members here if that’s easier than printing out copies they have to come get from you. Your decision…
Finally, the program provided to supply us with names of residents of each street is NOT working properly. I have spent over forty hours trying to get it to cooperate. It is most important for your follow-up, anyway. As a last resort, I am going to select our entire county and make the list (in spreadsheet form) available to your church Find It Here leader and they can easily search to pick out the names for streets they wish to do follow-up on. I can’t think of another way to accomplish this, and have tried every trick I know to make it work.
Forgive the length of time this has taken – it’s been trying using the program provided. To those of you who have prayed for my success in accomplishing this, THANK YOU.
