Our second Brewing Faithfulness gathering is geared more toward bivocational ministers, though all pastors and church leaders are welcome.

This is a safe space to enjoy coffee and desserts while receiving mentorship from faithfuland fruitful ministry leaders, alongside others serving in the trenches of ministry.

Table hosts include Dan Spencer, Roger Britton, and Danny Sinquefield.

Meet Two of Our "Table Hosts"

Danny Sinquefield

Dr. Sinquefield is married to his High School sweetheart, Rhonda Nichols Sinquefield, since 1981 (45 years). They are the parents of 3 adult sons and have 7 beautiful grandchildren. He served as Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett, TN for over 27 years and is now the Pastor Emeritus.Danny has been involved in leadership at many levels of denominational life, and he currently serves with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board as a HarvestField Team Leader. In that role he coaches, consults, and encourages pastors andchurches across the state. He and his wife Rhonda especially enjoy leadingmarriage retreats together. He is the author of a new book – “Everybody Needs a Barnabas” which is a helpful resource for cultivating a spirit of encouragement in the local church.

Roger Britton

Roger serves as the Bivocational Ministry Specialist with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board, where he has the privilege of encouraging and equipping bivocational pastors, their wives, and their churches across Tennessee. He has also faithfully served as pastor of Whites Creek Baptist Church for the past 30 years.Roger and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 47 years and are blessed with two children and two wonderful grandchildren. Roger counts it a joy to be with churches as they seek to faithfully serve Christ.
